It started snowing here last night - perfect, powdery, blustery snow, and it didn't stop. We woke up to 4" of the white stuff, deep and crisp and even... it's like a winter wonderland.

Angus loved it when we took him out this morning, and was bounding around like mad!

We even have icicles on our front window - neither of us have ever seen them, in person, in our lives! Really quite extreme weather for us...

...the snow started again in the early afternoon while we were out playing, and several more inches of our garden are now buried.

Who knows how deep it will be by morning!?

Hope you're enjoying your snow days...what's it like where you are?

...seeing our abigail*ryan goods used by our lovely customers!

Here, the lovely Trish (who won our give-away earlier in the year) used our sycamore teatowel as a backdrop to her scrummy looking minestrone soup...

What a lovely combo! ;)

Thanks so much Trish... xo

Dahlia's burst forth!!

This feels like it's been a long time coming! ;)

We finally have our brand new cushions uploaded and online in the shop... yay!

Large and exuberant Dahlia blooms, scattered over a beautiful true grey background, you can choose from duck egg blue, pink (with a touch of heather to it!) or spring yellow. Each cushion is hand sewn by us, and backed with locally milled Irish linen.

These make a really special focal point in your home (and I hope Ryan will let me keep some for ours!!) so we hope you love them as much as we do!

Browse all our cushions, including the new dahlia's, right here...

Get that Festive Feeling...

I wanted to get the place feeling a little more festive, and know next weekend will be super busy, so I spent a few hours putting up our tree today... still a little to do to it, but it feels very cosy and Christmassy at chez abigail*ryan now...

Is a wee gem... he's feeling much better after being poorly and is full of beans.

Puppy's first snow? What could be more fun!?

(This is Ryan holding him up to the window when it was snowing so heavily... he loved looking out! It was a little warmer today, and he loved BEING out!)...

9 weeks old tomorrow, how quickly he is growing!

*proud parents* ;))
