Peg Bags, in the Shop!

Finally - even though we made these months ago, I have just managed to get them photographed and in the shop... I guess it's all the lovely weather, makes me want to dry my laundry outside!

Not only is it the eco-friendly option (saving you electricity on a tumble-dryer) it also makes your washing smell amazing!

Our peg bag is made from screen printed unbleached cotton, and we have french seamed all the edges and double stitched everything so the envelope style pouch will last you for years... we sourced vintage trouser hangers, and then hand sawed them to size, so you have a great hanging hook for on your line, or on a hook when not in use. Each peg bag comes with 10 old fashioned wooden pegs, which, I think, work the best... and look the best, too ;)

They come in two colours... inky blue, and turquoise... so, happy shopping - you can find them right HERE, for just £16.50 each. Oh, and there are under 10 of each available...

Terrace House Softies...

Hi everyone...

Finally, a little bit of nice light today - which sent me snap happy with the camera!

Our Terrace House Softies, which are LIMITED EDITION... only one of each, and only five in total, are now online. I am quite in love with these, and they were so much fun for us to make, they will be a little hard to part with! In addition to all the lovely materials we used, I love our sycamore scatter cotton on the back... we use a different cotton for each edition we make...

Now you just need to decide which one you like best... pink door, orange door, blue door, yellow door or green door... TOO HARD, right? ;)

We will be sharing a recipe for an amazing vegan chocolate and coconut gateaux Ryan made yesterday later today or tomorrow... it is disappearing rapidly in our kitchen, so at least we have photos of it to share before it's gone!

Kris's Colourful Home..!

You may well remember Abi's post about the wonderful Kris (of Kris's Colour Stripes) and her fabulous handmade mushrooms (for sale to commission...we'll certainly be adding more to our collection!).

Well, today her beautiful home was featured in the, pretty fascinating, blog "The Design Files".

I particularly love the delicate handmade touches she has used to add warmth and charm to the bright colour pallet she's used- the adorable handmade wreaths and butterflies (pictured above) are my particular favourites!

Getting our stitch on...

After working so hard for weeks in preparation for our shows and completing stock for our big Christmas launches, we were exhausted!!

We arrived back in Glasgow on Saturday after a 5.30am start, and decided to take a couple of days off.

In a very manly fashion {!!}, Ryan suggested getting snuggled up {against the cold!} under blankets, popping on some telly or DVD's and embroidering something fun onto some of our lovely Irish linen...

...slow but happy progress two days on, I for one feel much better for switching my brain off a little and keeping my hands busy. These little beauties may well find their way into our shop for the launch - so stay tuned if you fancy some original embroidered art for your walls.

In case you didn't guess - the seeds are mine {Abigail's} and the gorgeous geometric maze is Ryan's. ;)
